In the context of the importance of diet and nutrition for human health, it is emphasized that issues such as overweight and obesity pose significant risks to global health, increasing the incidence of chronic diseases. In response to this need, we began altruistic initiatives in 2009 in Mexicali Valley, Baja California, and San Luis R\u00edo Colorado, Sonora, aimed at improving the quality of life for families, particularly in rural communities.<\/p>

En agosto de 2015, se formaliz\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n POR TU SALUD Y NUTRICI\u00d3N LA.P. con el objetivo de asegurar la continuidad de su misi\u00f3n fundacional. Esta organizaci\u00f3n opera bajo principios altruistas y sin fines de lucro, registrada ante la Junta de Asistencia Privada de Sonora. Su enfoque se centra en proporcionar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica integral especializada y promover la educaci\u00f3n y el diagn\u00f3stico para prevenir, tratar o controlar problemas de salud relacionados con el sobrepeso, la obesidad, la diabetes, la hipertensi\u00f3n y las enfermedades cr\u00f3nico degenerativas.<\/p>

Furthermore, we collaborate with public and private systems to promote healthy lifestyles through conferences, courses, and workshops.
